- The proposal is to acquire 14.1 Acres of land divided into 5 lots. Four of the lots are 2.5 Acres and one is 4.1 Acres.
- The business model is to build 1 log cabin in each lot, furnish them and rent them on a short-term basis.
- Each lot will have a main log cabin, an in-Law Quarters, a pool/jacuzzi, fire pit area, outdoor kitchen, and other amenities.
- The log cabins will be provided by BK Cypress a company located in central Florida with almost 100 years experienced in the Red Cypress milling business.
- The log cabin construction is modular, they will have impact windows and doors, and will comply with local building codes.
The Cabins
The cabins will be built using the highest quality products, providing guest with a luxurious and comfortable experience. Additionally, they will be designed to have a modern look while still remaining true to the rustic feel of the area.
Most importantly, they will be compliant with local building codes. In doing so, the cabins will be made to endure the coastal environment of the area, providing a safe and secure investment opportunity.
